What Is Included With Every Hire

Comprehensive Insurance

All bookings through Camplify include comprehensive insurance coverage provided by Camplify’s insurance partner. This covers:

• Third-party property damage
• Vehicle damage (subject to excess/bond)
• Theft and attempted theft
• Windscreen and glass damage

24/7 Roadside Assistance

Wherever you are in Australia, Camplify’s roadside assistance is available around the clock. Whether it is a flat tyre, a mechanical issue, or you need a tow, help is a phone call away.

Transparent Bond Terms

We do not believe in surprises. Bond amounts are clearly displayed on each vehicle listing, and we explain exactly what the bond covers during your pre-departure walkthrough.

Bond is returned when the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was collected, without damage or policy breaches.

Bond may be used for:

• Vehicle damage beyond normal wear
• Interior cleaning (if returned excessively dirty)
• Red dust contamination ($500 cleaning fee)
• Unapproved road damage or undercarriage inspection ($150)

Before you leave, Dorian provides a comprehensive walkthrough covering:

• All vehicle systems and controls
• Electrical system operation and monitoring
• Camping equipment setup and use
• Insurance coverage explanation
• Road rules and permitted areas

Route Approval

If your planned route includes any unsealed roads, we discuss and approve the route before departure. This ensures you stay on roads covered by insurance and avoid any unexpected charges.

Insurance Claims Support

If something goes wrong, we help you through the insurance claims process. While Camplify handles claims directly, we coordinate and provide all necessary information to make the process as smooth as possible.

Fees and Charges to Be Aware Of

We believe in transparency. Here are the charges that may apply:

Red dust contamination	$500 cleaning fee
Unauthorised off-road driving	$150 undercarriage inspection
Late return without notice	Charged per additional day
Excess km beyond allowance	$0.50-$0.60 per km

These charges are clearly explained before your trip and are designed to protect the fleet for future hirers.
